If you want to close your Call From Work account with us, you can complete the following steps directly in the mobile app. To deactivate your account, please go to “Settings” and click “Deactivate Account” at the bottom. You will then be prompted to select the reason for the deactivation. Once selected, the following screen will ask you to confirm the deactivation of the account. Please select the “Deactivate Account” button.

You can also send an email to [email protected] with your request. Once we gather the necessary information, we can close your account. If you are requesting to close your account due to an issue, please send us the reason so we can try to resolve it.
